As part of this commitment, the SBE Technical Assistance Platform encourages all applicants, delivery partners, and other stakeholders to report any concerns, complaints, or suspected wrongdoing associated with the Programme via the identified reporting channels. These routes to reporting have been designed to provide a mechanism for individuals to report such matters confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
Reporting misuse of SBE funds
As with all programmes funded by the FCDO, should you suspect misuse of funds (corruption, fraud, money laundering or aid diversion) you should contact the FCDO directly via their fraud and whistleblowing unit at reportingconcerns@fcdo.gov.uk.
Safeguarding concerns, including sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment
Should you wish to raise concerns regarding any safeguarding or sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment incident please contact both oda.safeguarding@cefas.gov.ukand reportingconcerns@fcdo.gov.uk.

For any other concerns relating to any part of the SBE programme you should contact SBEplatform@cefas.gov.ukand you email will be dealt with as swiftly as possible.
These approaches to raising concerns will be periodically reviewed and updated as necessary to ensure it remains effect and compliant with any applicable laws and regulations.
